She makes conclusion about a significant difference between state-run and non-state media positions concerning choosing priorities and assessment of economic situation, as well as about possible media influence on the formation of economic consciousness of the audience.

The author comes to the conclusion, that in mass consciousness posseses the breac between value of work as process and the money produced by this process, on the one hand, and absence of urgency of economic productivity of work. The state mass-media only aggravate and fix the situation, broadcasting in the messages stereotypes of antimarket character.

He analyses peculiarities of media audience, media impact (interrelation between "structures of everyday" including economic and political attitudes, on the one hand, and information activity on the other hand), interaction of media and power (including monopolization of state-run media, political, legal and economic pressure on independent media), and argues probable scenario of their development in short term and mid term perspectives.
