It makes the conclusion that the world's mass media give a superficial analysis of the situation in Belarus which they think is basically frozen and stiff. Furthermore, European and US mass media generally promptly respond to Belarusian political events while Russian mass media as a rule present one-sided information given from the standpoint of the Belarusian authorities.
